Saddleback Kids ~ The Story of Easter 

     The season of spring naturally stirs a sense of hope and renewal within us.  The ground thaws under our feet, ice melts into waters that once again flow, animals crawl out of their warm and snug dens, and fresh rains fall over it all, washing it clean and waking it up.  Hearts everywhere seem to warm and respond after such a long winter's sleep.  The change is felt in everything.  

   With the waking up and stirring of life, comes the celebration of Easter.  The bunny, the eggs and the baskets are a joy to take part in with children, but it's so important we do not forget to teach them what Easter is truly about.  Teaching them the love of Jesus, guiding them into lasting relationships with Jesus, and trusting Him is what life is about.  It's what life is.

    Today I wanted to share with you Saddleback Kids ~ The Story of Easter.  I have been so impressed with their videos for children, and I feel like they did such a good job with this one.  I highly reccomend it.  You may want to preview it first to make sure you feel it is appropriate for your child.  My son just turned six, and it was just enough for him.  I would have shown it to him when he was five, but maybe monitored it a little more when he was younger.
